What to Expect From Your Care

The ’Pause Wellness is an evidence based medical practice focused on midlife and menopause care. Our clinicians follow established guidelines and use lab testing and prescription therapies supported by current research.

We provide personalized care within these standards. Our approach may differ from functional or alternative models, and we believe being clear about that helps ensure alignment from the start.

What’s Included in Your Visit

One hour consultation to review your history, symptoms, and goals
Comprehensive lab work completed at Quest prior to your visit, with full clinician review
Personalized treatment plan
Between visits, straightforward questions can be addressed through the patient portal. When more in-depth concerns arise, we may recommend a follow up visit so your care can be reviewed thoroughly

You’ll also receive:

InBody composition analysis scan (in person visits only)
Lifetime access to The ’Pause Strong program and online community
Printed guidance and support resources
A one month supply of select ’Pause Nutrition supplements

Ongoing Care

After your initial visit, your care continues through follow up appointments based on your needs.

Patients choose between:

Prescription Management visits (25 minutes) for routine follow up and hormone therapy adjustments
Wellness Assessments (50 minutes) for a more comprehensive review and updated lab work

To continue receiving care and prescription management, patients are expected to complete a yearly visit.
